Midsummer ... the Mindful Way

This weekend saw CLUB CHI and a lovely group of 17 attendees connecting to themselves as we explored mindfulness at this half way point through the year.

We love delivering our wellness workshops and always take on board the feedback from previous workshops. So this time, we had discussions about mindfulness, what it means to us, how we get into that space and how we can harness gratitude and manifest what we want to focus on for the latter part of the year.

We usually have two halves to our workshops - settling and releasing in the morning and manifesting and consolidating in the afternoon ... with the day concluding with a relaxing gong bath meditation session ✨

Our next workshop in October will have a bit of a different flow, as we'll be exploring wellness through the seasons - and you also get to create your own personal seasonal spray mist 🌟
