Midsummer Mindfulness 2024

Did you set intentions (or resolutions) for 2024?

This Midsummer Mindfulness workshop is a chance for you to reflect, refresh and bring new energy to those intentions, so you can gain clarity and empowerment for the next 6 months.

Join CLUB CHI on Saturday 22 June 2024 for a one-day workshop at Lake House Kent as we re-visit intentions made at the beginning of the year and/or create new intentions, so we can continue the year feeling invigorated and focused.

We’ll be exploring our intentions and desires using a variety of mindfulness techniques (eg. gong bath meditations, drumming circle, mindful movement (Qigong / Chakra Dancing), vision boards, connection cards, guided meditations, firepit).

As with all our workshops, they are interactive, fun and inclusive and we look forward to seeing you there as we continue this year's journey together.

Four Seasons
wellness workshop

Join CLUB CHI for our Four Seasons wellness workshop, where we'll be exploring living in harmony with nature's cycles.

Life is often busy and this workshop is a chance to take some time for you as we work our way through the seasons, connecting to the elements of nature in a variety of ways.

In true CLUB CHI style, it's a day of discussion, interaction, creation, movement and relaxation.

We'll be exploring ways we can tune into the seasons with movement and sound; tuning into yourself with guided meditations; getting creative with seasonal mandalas and connecting to our feelings around the seasons; creating your own seasonal aromatherapy spray mist; and concluding the day with a gong bath meditation.


We all need to be living in harmony with nature, so let's explore ways we can do this as a group of like-minded people, focusing on our wellness.
