Introduction to Meditation & Mindfulness Workshop

Saturday 19 October 2024
(2pm - 5pm)

CLUB CHI invites you to attend an interactive and intimate three-hour workshop called Introduction to Meditation & Mindfulness. 

 

When life is often fraught and busy, this workshop is designed to assist you to learn how to meditate and discover methods of mindfulness.

 

The workshop will be held in the Willow Lodge, a cosy wooden space with an open fire within the grounds of Lake House Kent Holistic Centre.

​

The workshop will include methods/techniques to meditate based on three principles: Simple, Relatable and Accessible.

​

Simple meaning, easy to follow and understand.

​

Relatable meaning to use examples that connect us to the natural world and to ourselves.

​

Accessible meaning that anyone can meditate and participate in a safe and enjoyable way.

Create Your Vision 2025

Saturday 25 January 2025

The start of a new year sees many of us set New Year’s Resolutions … and these have often fallen by the wayside by the end of February!

 

Join CLUB CHI on Saturday 25 January 2025 for a one-day workshop with like-minded people, as we explore ways to let go of what we no longer need, set our intentions for the year ahead and manifest the year you want to be living.

 

Life is there to be enjoyed and when we explore within and align to our purpose, each day can be filled with joy.

 

We’ll be exploring our intentions, wishes and dreams for the year ahead through story boards, connection cards, gong bath meditations, letting go ceremonies, guided meditations and ways to support ourselves to stay on track with our manifestations.

 

As with all our workshops, they are interactive, fun and inclusive and we look forward to seeing you there as we start our journey into the new year together.

Four Seasons
wellness workshop

Saturday 12 October 2024
(10am - 4pm)

Join CLUB CHI for our Four Seasons wellness workshop, where we'll be exploring living in harmony with nature's cycles.

​

Life is often busy and this workshop is a chance to take some time for you as we work our way through the seasons, connecting to the elements of nature in a variety of ways.

​

In true CLUB CHI style, it's a day of discussion, interaction, creation, movement and relaxation.

​

We'll be exploring ways we can tune into the seasons with movement and sound; tuning into yourself with guided meditations; getting creative with seasonal mandalas and connecting to our feelings around the seasons; creating your own seasonal aromatherapy spray mist; and concluding the day with a gong bath meditation.

 

We all need to be living in harmony with nature, so let's explore ways we can do this as a group of like-minded people, focusing on our wellness.
