OUR VIBE Sound Healing Mini-Retreat

​Join Ian in this special Sound Healing Mini-Retreat, set in the lovely village of Ryarsh, Kent.
Included in the journey of the mini-retreat will be Gong Bath Meditations using Mars and Venus Planetary Gongs.
There will be a variety of drums, so retreat attendees can have fun participating in the Drumming and Percussion Circle.
There will also be calming meditations using singing bowls and chimes.

The mini-retreat will include Sound Healing experiences to help relax, reset, restore and revitalise, whilst bathing in the beautiful Kentish countryside. See this as being time to switch off, pause and enjoy being a gentle flow of sound healing and meditation.
​
The mini-retreat will be held inside a bell tent at The Nuttery and the capacity for this mini-retreat will be 8 people only.
​
Please bring a (yoga) mat, pillow and maybe a blanket and it's always good to have some water to hand.
​
lan will have copies of his book OUR VIBE-A Sound Healing Journey available to buy on the day. These have the option to be signed and cost £15.
​
There is parking, albeit limited at The Nuttery (if you can car share, please do).

LUNCH:

Included in the mini-retreat price is food and drink, which is provided by The Nuttery.
This will be a Smoothie or Matcha (with Coconut or Almond milk and honey) on arrival;

Vegetarian Quiche with side of salad

Greek salad with flatbread and Tzatziki
​
All other hot & cold drinks, cakes etc are available to purchase.
