Service Description

Join CLUB CHI for our Four Seasons wellness workshop, where we'll be exploring living in harmony with nature's cycles. Life is often busy and this workshop is a chance to take some time for you as we work our way through the seasons, connecting to the elements of nature in a variety of ways. In true CLUB CHI style, it's a day of discussion, interaction, creation, movement and relaxation. We'll be exploring ways we can tune into the seasons with movement and sound; tuning into yourself with guided meditations; getting creative with seasonal mandalas and connecting to our feelings around the seasons; creating your own seasonal aromatherapy spray mist; and concluding the day with a gong bath meditation. The day will start at 10am and finish at 4pm. Tea and coffee and snacks will be provided and there is a cafe on-site too. Please bring your own lunch. Please bring your own yoga mat/pillow/blankets for additional comfort for some of the sessions. This workshop will be held at Lake House Kent, a secluded private venue in Hothfield, Ashford. Cancellation Policy

WORKSHOPS / CHI-GONG / GONG BATH: No refunds available. However the purchased ticket(s) can be transferred to another person(s) should you be unable to attend. IN-PERSON & ONLINE WEEKLY QIGONG SESSIONS: To cancel, or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your booked session. Failure to do so will unfortunately result in us being unable to transfer your booking or arrange for a refund. Refunds will be subject to a deduction of transaction fees from our supplier.
