ChiBall is a mind body exercise programme which combines ancient and modern exercise practices, blending together perfectly to bring harmony, balance and wellbeing to your life.
Within a ChiBall session, we work with Tai Chi Qigong, yoga & dance, pilates, Feldenkrais and meditation.
