Cancellation Policy

WORKSHOPS / CHI-GONG / GONG BATH: No refunds available. However the purchased ticket(s) can be transferred to another person(s) should you be unable to attend. IN-PERSON & ONLINE WEEKLY QIGONG SESSIONS: To cancel, or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your booked session. Failure to do so will unfortunately result in us being unable to transfer your booking or arrange for a refund. Refunds will be subject to a deduction of transaction fees from our supplier.
